How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel after your trial, you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch between subscription plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. If you upgrade, the changes take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my saved jobs if I downgrade?
If you downgrade from Premium or Professional to Free, you'll still have access to all your saved jobs, but you won't be able to save new jobs beyond the 10-job limit. We recommend reviewing your saved jobs before downgrading.
How does the resume review work?
With Premium, you receive one resume review per month from our career experts. With Professional, you get unlimited reviews. Simply upload your resume in the dashboard, and you'll receive detailed feedback within 48 hours.
Is there a discount for annual subscriptions?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you save 20% compared to monthly billing. For example, the Premium plan is 29 MAD/month or 290 MAD/year, saving you 58 MAD annually. The Professional plan is 69 MAD/month or 690 MAD/year, saving you 138 MAD annually. This discount is automatically applied when you select the annual billing option.

We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment options popular in Morocco. All prices are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include applicable taxes.
